STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

Travel Fee deposit of $25 is required at time of scheduling appointment and is also used as a deposit to hold your appointment (non-refundable)


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- “NO NOTICE” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4     hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card    "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our LBTG team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. LaidByTheGawds policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS

 

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

                                                     WIG POLICY

 

-Please ship your hair 2-3 days prior to your appointment date. The shipping address will be emailed to you. Tracking number is required and must be forwarded to LAIDBYTHEGAWDS once it is obtained.

 

Please email me if your hair will not be sent on time! 

 

-Production time is between 3-5 days, not including weekends or holidays.Production time is calculated from your appointment date, not the date the hair was received.  If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances on my behalf, an email will be sent to you. Pictures will be sent to you before the unit is styled and after. It is not necessary to send multiple emails asking for updates on your unit.  

 

- Pictures of your unit will be sent via email upon completion! Upon your approval, your unit will be prepared for shipping. If you require any additional changes, you must inform me upon receiving your pictures. I will continue to work on the unit until you are 100% satisfied. Please be advised that this will cause delays in receiving your unit.
 

- Your package will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided via email and a signature will be required at time of delivery.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL POLICIES!

Refund/Return Policy: 

  • Due to the nature of services, there are no refunds!

  • Deposits paid at the time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

 

•The client must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation via email. The deposit paid at the time of booking remains NON-REFUNDABLE. The client may reschedule another appointment at a later date by emailing LAIDBYTHEGAWDS@GMAIL.COM without having to pay an additional deposit.

 

Payment Policy:

 

•There is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to book your appointment. The deposit is 50% of your Wig Service. The deposit does not include any additional services or shipping costs.

 

•If services are paid in full and the client cancels the appointment, only 50% of the amount paid is refundable.

•The remainder of the client's balance will be invoiced via PayPal ,Money Order, Or Quickpay after appointment has been confirmed. The balance will be due upon the completion of the unit. The client may pay the remainder of the balance sooner, if desired.

 

Miscellaneous:

 

•Hair must be correctly separated and labeled with lengths attached to the bundles/packs of hair. DO NOT SEND HAIR THAT IS BALLED UP OR TANGLED OR WET! DO NOT SEND DIRTY HAIR! YOUR HAIR WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU & YOUR DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN NON-REFUNDABLE!

 

 

LAIDBYTHEGAWDS cannot be held responsible for any packages once they have been shipped. If there are any problems or delays, please contact your local post office at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-277-8777) with the tracking number provided to you.
